Where did you go abroad and when did you go?
I went to Seoul South Korea, and studied at Korea Aerospace University for the Summer of 2019
I went abroad because I wanted to experience something totally different, and meet new people. I was able to make industry connections from around the world, while completing courses I would have to take anyway. I also really wanted to visit a continent I had never been to, and get a break from the monotony of Grand Forks.
What advice do you have to give to anyone who is thinking about going abroad?
Just do it! Apply for scholarships for study abroad to help cover the costs (UND and external).
